What is a pre-order? Why Do you take pre-orders?
A pre-order on our website generally means the product has not been released to retailers by the manufacturer yet.
Why do we take pre-orders? Many products in the collectible toy industry sell out quickly. Pre-ordering an item will most likely ensure you receive that product. We also sell most preorders at a DISCOUNTED price so you save money by ordering early. Pre-orders is the best way to assure you will receive the item as soon as it hits our shelves.
Can I combine preorder items with "in stock" items on one order? We suggest always placing separate orders for in stock items and preorder items. In many cases if the preorder item is not expected shortly then we reserve the right to split the order you have placed in to two separate orders of in stock items and preorder items and then applyng the appropriate shipping charges.
